Buying with Zygo Interiors

1. Are my payments Secure?

All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on both your end and ours. SSL encrypts all of your personal information, including your credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

In order for SSL to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser.For your own safety, we do not save any payment information. Payments are made directly through Stripe, which is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification, so we can guarantee that important information stays confidential and private.

 

2. Payment Options

We accept payments with Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, & American Express. All credit cards used for payment must have a valid billing address.

3. How do I check the status of my order??

In “My orders” you can see the progress of all of them. Once delivered, you will receive more information on how to track the package and when it will arrive.

To check the status of your sale, hover over your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen. Click it and choose ‘Orders’ in your dashboard, which is a page of all your active and previous orders.

If on the right hand side of the listing title the icon is Orange, it means that the item has not shipped yet. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when the tracking number has been put into the system and your order receipt with your dashboard will provide the info for you to track the shipment.

Processing and Shipping

1. Processing Time

We aim to ship products within 72 hours of receiving your order. For bigger items and bulk orders, please allow up to 5-7 business days to safely handle and ship out your order.

Delicate artworks like 3D artworks in perspex may require up to 10 days for the construction of bespoke casing for international transportation.

2. Orders In Transit

We offer premium and insured worldwide shipping.

All small and medium-sized packages are shipped first class in  the UK andas premium international air packages or EMS packages through the international state shipping carriers.

Large packages and combined orders are shipped with a courier such as ParcelForce, FedEx, EVRI, UPS, etc.

We ask that you allow 25 business days for international deliveries.
The wait time is likely to be much shorter (around 7–10 working days for deliveries within the EU/EEA and 7–25 business days for overseas destinations). We have to say this in case there is a holdup during busier times of the year.

3. Combined Purchases

Due to custom packaging, shipping for some combined orders may not automatically be calculated correctly. Please contact us for shipping quotes for combined orders or proceed to order the items, after which we will issue a partial refund for any discrepancies.

4. Costs

This is subjective, depending on the package destination. Also, the size of the product and delivery type (standard or express) will affect the price. Delivery costs are clearly stated on the checkout page while buying.

All shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process for medium-sized packages. 

Some countries may charge customs and duties for your parcel. The customer is responsible for these customs and duty charges.

5. Issues with Orders on Reciept

All of our packages are insured or guaranteed by us, and we are happy to consider any queries provided that any proof of damage is delivered to us within 3 days of delivery. Please email us as soon as possible to initiate the process.  Any visible damage to the package must be photographed upon delivery, or the insurance policy might not be valid.
