Shipping for and from the UK

Shipping costs for UK deliveries are automatically calculated in the basket and checkout process.

Packaging

All of our items are thoroughly cleaned and carefully packed for shipping.

It is very important for us that the packaging has the same high-quality standard as the purchased item. Depending on the fragility of the item, packaging can be made in a 5 or 7-layered cardboard box or a wooden crate. Bigger items may be required to ship on crates with pallets. We create custom packages to save unnecessary packaging waste and filling. We use recyclable materials only.

The prices listed below are for items that we can pack and deliver using conventional services like the Postal Service, Parcelforce, Evri, and commercial couriers.

Larger items are sent by a courier service or are eligible for collection if possible by the buyers in London to save on delivery costs.

We offer premium and insured worldwide shipping.

All small and medium-sized packages are shipped as premium international air packages or EMS packages through the international state shipping carriers. Large packages and combined orders are shipped with a courier, either ParcelForce, FedEx, EVRI, DHL, UPS, etc.

All shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process.

Due to custom packaging, shipping for combined orders is not automatically calculated correctly. Please contact us for shipping quotes for combined orders or proceed to order the items, after which we will issue a partial refund if the shipping was overpaid.

All of our packages are insured or guaranteed by us, provided that any proof of damage is delivered to us within 3 days of delivery. Any visible damage to the package must be photographed upon delivery, or the insurance policy might not be valid.

We aim to ship products within 72 hours of receiving your order. For bigger items and bulk orders, please allow up to 5-7 business days to safely handle and ship out your order.

We ask that you allow 25 business days for international deliveries.
The wait time is likely to be much shorter (around 7–10 working days for deliveries within the EU/EEA and 7–25 business days for overseas destinations). We have to say this in case there is a holdup during busier times of the year.

Returns & Exchanges

How to Return an Item
  1. We are happy to consider return or Exchange requests in some cases; as long as the customer accepts,
  2. They are liable for the return and redelivery cost of items
  3. Liable for any damage in return transit or loss of the item.
  4. If returning an item, please do so by registered and signed for postage, so it is covered by the insurance of the courier company
  5. Please repack with original packaging 
  6. Email us with your query and request to discuss how you would like us to handle the matter for you. An exchange or refund.
How to Exchange an Item
  1. We are happy to exchange items for you if you wish, so long as we are informed within 3 days of receipt of the item and on the condition that the customer is willing to cover the return and postage costs of the item.
  2. Please supply us with images of the item prior to and after repackaging to return to us, as our insurance will only cover items that are returned to us in the condition that they were mailed out to the customer.
